Our cleaning technicians will assist with event setup by arranging tables and placing chair covers/tablecloths according to the client’s layout diagram. While we strive for accuracy, final placement may vary slightly based on space and accessibility.
Post-Event Cleaning Protocol
To ensure a smooth and thorough cleaning experience, we kindly ask all guests and event organizers to follow these guidelines:

Remove All Personal Items Smiling Bubbles is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. If items are found, we will photograph them and forward the images to the designated point of contact.

Submit a List of Rented Items Please provide a complete list of all rented items (e.g., linens, dishware, glassware). Items not listed will be considered disposable and discarded during cleaning.

Special Requests & Instructions Any special cleaning instructions or setup requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event to ensure proper staffing and preparation.
Maintenance Work
Smiling Bubbles Cleaning Services includes proactive maintenance oversight as part of our service commitment. Our cleaning technicians are trained to identify and report any maintenance concerns observed during routine cleaning.
Maintenance Reporting

Technicians will complete a Maintenance Report with attached photos for any issues noted

Reports will be submitted directly to the designated point of contact

No repairs will be initiated without client approval
Scope of Work & Billing

All maintenance tasks will be assessed and scoped by Juan, our lead maintenance technician, and his crew if needed

Upon client approval, Juan will complete the work and determine final cost
